Where I got it: I was lucky enough to have a ticket to the L’Oréal Friends and Family sale a while ago and picked this up for $30.
What I got: This is a 30ml bottle of the Lancôme Miracle Air De Teint SPF15 in shade 03. Miracle Air de Teint is Lancôme’s 1st perfecting fluid foundation that feels as light as air, for the ultimate ‘no makeup’ look. For the first time, Lancôme has incorporated powder and blurring technology into its foundation to create a new, incredibly lightweight formula.
How I find it: The foundation comes in a frosted glass bottle with a dropper. It has a really thin watery consistency and feels super lightweight on the skin. It gives a light to medium coverage with a matte finish. I have combination oily skin, sometimes a few dry patches when it’s winter or when my skin is a little stressed out. This foundation tends to cling onto dry areas and where you have a bit of texture, I think it accentuates it slightly. I tried using this with and without a primer and it certainly looks way better with a primer. I used a pore refining one which has dimethicone is which gives this smoothing effect. I either drop the foundation directly from the dropper to my face or onto the back of my hand and distribute it on my face with fingertips. Then I either blend it with my fingers of with a dense oval brush. The foundation tends to get a little streaky if you don’t blend it in well enough. If you don’t have oily skin, there is no need to set with powder for this natural matte look foundation.
Overall: Shade selection seems pretty off on the arm swatch above but when blended out and on my face, it looks better. [try mixing with lightener] It sheers out much more than the swatch above so it’s not that obvious. I love the texture of these lightweight foundations, how it applies and how it blends into my skin. My skin looked naked like I wore nothing at all! It has a really nice Lancôme foundation scent that I absolutely adore!
