Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Purifying Enzyme Mask

Where I got it: I got this form my local Kmart for $12.00 if I remember correctly. I think you can find Palmer’s products in most Kmart, Farmers, pharmacies and some supermarkets too.

What I got: This is a 120g  tube of Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Purifying Enzyme MaskIt’s like a facial in a tube! Brighten, clear and clarify your complexion all at once. This winning formula uses kaolin clay to clean congested skin while also containing natural papaya fruit acids to tighten pores and banish dead skin cells, leaving skin beautifully smoothed and looking younger. Detoxify your skin with this enzyme mask in minutes.

How I find it: I use this after cleansing and toning. It is a bit thick so it needs a bit of muscle to squeeze it out. I apply an even layer on my skin that is not too thick but enough to cover my face so that no skin shows (except around the eye and mouth area).  After about 10 – 15 minutes, the mask will dry, but not to a cracking finish. Just slightly tight on the skin. I then wash it off with a bit of help with a face cloth.

Overall: This cleansing mask is really nice on my skin – slightly tingling on the application, but no burning or no stinging on my eyes at all. After washing off, my skin feels smoother and my blackheads have diminished. I use this about 1-2 times a week and I also like to follow it up with a hydrating mask to bring back moisture. Definitely a good budget buy!
