Benefit High Beam

Where I got it: I was sent this for review (YAY!), but this is available from a Benefit counter (Smith and Caughey Queen Street or Auckland International Airport) for NZD$49.00. Goodie that you can shop online with Smith and Caughey!

What I got: This is a 13ml bottle of Benefit High Beam. High Beam was already a favourite of mine from the Benefit range of products. I love their liquid highlighters and blushes! High Beam is a pink toned liquid highlighter that comes in a bottle form with a nail polish type brush. Benefit used to do Moon Beam as well which was another product that I loved (gold toned highlighter), but I haven’t seen it in stock for a long time 🙁

How I find it: I like to use High Beam over my BB cream or foundation just on my cheek bones at the c-area under my eyes and along the nose bridge. Sometimes I would add a bit to my cupid’s bow and a bit extra at the middle of my forehead for that extra highlighting. If I am having a good skin day, I would use this without any foundation or BB cream.

Overall: I will continue to love this liquid highlighter and so far I have managed to find a cheaper dupe for it, but the quality just can’t beat Benefit. It gives me a natural glow that is not too OTT and brightens up my complexion.
