Where I got it: I was sent this for review and you can buy this from www.labonic.com or from your local stockist for RRP$ 39.50

What I got: This is a 130g bottle of La’bonic’s Gentle Cold-pressed Cleanser. Contains 95% Certified Organic Ingredients. This gentle organic cleanser is made using the traditional & energy efficient “cold process” handmade method without adding surfactants. It cleanses skin with a rich lather that is produced from a blend of organic plant oils. The natural foam is mild and is suitable for sensitive, dehydrated and delicate skin types. Organic coconut and olive oils, and organic Shea butter are incredibly moisturising and nourishing. Organic Orange essential oil and organic hibiscus extracts are rich in natural vitamins that are great skin revitalising nutrients and protect skin from dryness. Easily washed off with warm water, this cleanser creates a natural, breathable skin barrier of glycerin after use that results in exceptional protection from damaging environmental factors. The active botanical ingredients of organic aloe vera, organic chamomile extract and organic rosemary extract calm and moisturise the skin. Leaving your skin feeling clean, soft and supple while eliminating impurities and deeply cleansing the pores your skin is left glowing with health.

La’bonic Gentle Cold-pressed Cleanser

How I find it: After removing my face makeup with a cleansing oil, I give this cleanser a good shake and put a few drops on my clean hands and add little warm water to create lather. Apply to dry face and work in a circular motion to dissolve impurities. Rinse with warm water then follow with La’bonic Organic Mattifying Toner then moisturise with La’bonic Liquid Gold Regenerating Night Oil or La’bonic Daily Defender SPF 15.

Before and after lathering up with a bit of water

Overall: I have never used a cleanser with this type of texture before and it was unexpectedly good! The liquid is semi gel-like, but generally very runny which I thought would not lather up nicely, but it did! I only needed about 5 drops, then with a little bit of water it lathers up nicely. Cleanses my skin thoroughly and doesn’t leave any greasy feeling, but if I don’t follow with the rest of my skincare routine, my skin does feel taut. Very lightly and naturally scented.
