Mustela Bust Firming Serum

Where I got it: I bought this from the Baby Show a few months ago and it was $29.95.

What I got: This is a 75ml tube of Mustela Bust Firming Serum. Specially formulated for the bust (breast, neck and neckline) of expectant and new mothers, Bust firming serum provides support bust throughout motherhood for a firmer skin and more toned thanks to its unique combination of active ingredients and ingredients of natural origin: 

• Avocado peptides, a patented ingredient of natural origin helps relieve sensations of tightness, reinforces skin elasticity and leaves the skin feeling supple and comfortable.
• Centella asiatica improves and tones the skin for an intense firming effect.
• Elastoregulator®, a powerful ingredient of natural origin helps to tone the skin and increase elasticity to improve resistance to variations in breast volume.

• Hypoallergenic
• Assessed for safety for mum and baby during pre-natal and post-partum pregnancy
• Compatible with breastfeeding

How I find it: This serum has a translucent pink gel texture. I use 2 pumps each time and it covers both sides. I use a circular motion and lifting motion and it can be used on the neck and chest area as well. It feels lightweight on the skin and is absorbed quickly into the skin. Very soon after I can put my clothes on without feeling sticky or tacky at all.

Overall: Not entirely sure if it does firm the bust area because I don’t really have a heavy top and my boobs haven’t really grown much in size during pregnancy. It does, however, state that it can be used after pregnancy during breastfeeding, as long as you wipe clean the area before your baby latches on. I do love the texture of the serum however, it feels hydrating and toning at the same time. This small little tube lasts a long time as well because you only need a little each time.
