What is this: this is an 80mL jar of sleeping mask (Korean beauty’s favourite skincare and they make damn good sleeping masks). Comes with a clear plastic spatula. The gel-cream is very hydrating and moisturising. Minimal fragrance and absorbs quickly leaving a non-sticky film to hydrate and moisturise the skin while you sleep.
How I find this so far: I love this mask. I’ve use other sleeping masks before which are either sticky or too oily/heavy for my combination skin. So I use this after my usual night time routine (after moisturiser, but not using pimple treatment), scoop a little bit with the spatula provided, then smooth it all over my face in light massage. I woke up with little oil on my face because my skin is hydrated. When I wash my face in the morning, there is no slimy residue and no residue on my pillows. I use this about once a week or when my skin is really dry.
Overall: I really like Laneige’s skin care especially their hydrating and light range of skincare. Koreans care a lot about water in the skin and feeling plump and dewy. I would definitely get this again!
