Where I got it: I got this from the Price Wise store in Sylvia Park for $14.95 each. I have seen Dr Teal’s bath salts in Pak n Save before but the range that the Price Wise store has is much bigger. They have body scrub, body oil, body lotion, shower gel, and in heaps of different scents.
What I got: I got a bottle of Dr Teal’s Moisture + Lavender Body Lotion and a tub of Dr Teal’s Lavender Epsom Salt Body Scrub.

How I find it:

This body lotion comes in a big plastic bottle with a pump. The lotion is rather thick and smells really nice of lavender. It is not overpowering and it leaves a gentle scent to calm and relax your senses. It takes a few rubs to evenly spread the lotion and it doesn’t leave a sticky film on the skin or feel slippery. After about 10 minutes it is fully absorbed into the skin and my skin feels so smooth and soft. The scent doesn’t linger on very long so if you want the lavender scent to send you off to sleep you should either shower right before you sleep or apply again before you go to bed.

This salt body scrub has a really interesting texture. The salt particles are quite small so it is not too abrasive and it melts as you rub against the skin. The scrub is not chunky and the formula holds everything together but at the same time really easy to spread. Rinses off easily and leaves skin so smooth and soft! You have to be really careful though with the slippery shower floor!
Dr Teal’s Lavender Epsom Salt Body Scrub
Overall: Very comfortable lavender scent that is not artificial. I love the body scrub for its amazing texture and effective exfoliation. It leaves my skin soft and smooth without feeling greasy. The body lotion however is a nice moisturising formula but the scent doesn’t last very long which is a little disappointing in my opinion because I got it hoping the scent would last long for a good nights sleep. Anyway, I will definitely repurchase the scrub, but probably not the body lotion.
