Nivea Creme Care Facial Cleansing Wipes

Where I got it: I got this from my local The Warehouse while they were having Buy 1 get 1 free all Nivea products. This was $9.99.

How I find it: I like to use cleansing wipes to remove makeup if I want to remove makeup during the day without doing the full double cleanse. I use 2 wipes to fully remove all traces of makeup including waterproof mascara. The wipe is smooth without embossed patterns. The makeup removing formula is softening and almost moisturising to the skin. Usually, cleansing wipes are full of alcohol and will make my skin dry. It almost makes my pores open up and my blackheads slightly pop out with that bumpy feeling on the skin (hope this doesn’t sound confusing). This cleansing wipe makes my skin feel soft and moisturised after use. I will use a facial spray after this to hydrate the skin afterwards when I don’t want to apply serums, moisturisers, etc.

Overall: I love how I can use this cleansing wipe and not need to apply a thick moisturiser or serum and my skin still doesn’t dry out like crazy. However, I wouldn’t use cleansing wipes every day because they do contain alcohol and they really don’t clean as well as double cleansing. However, these are by far the best ‘drug-store’ cleansing wipes I have used – they don’t leave my skin dry and tight or greasy and oily. Very good for $10 and under!
