Estée Lauder Enlighten Skintone Correcting Cream

Where I got it: I was sent this for consideration. You can purchase Estée Lauder products from Farmers, leading pharmacies and department stores. RRP$124.

What I got: This is a tub of Estée Lauder Enlighten Skintone Correcting Cream. Formulated with Estee Lauder’s most intensive, comprehensive skinton correcting technology, NEW Enlighten’s potent formulas work nigth and day to help break the cycle of daily assults and irritation that lead o hyperpigmentation and dark spots, revealing naturally glowing, even-toned skin. Complementing each other for maximum benefits, the Enlighten collectio includes 3 products – Enlighten Dark Spot Correcting Night Serum (RRP$129 for 30ml, $180 for 50ml), Even Skintone Correcting Creme and Even Effect (EE) Skintone Corrector SPF30. Over time, skin’s natural beauty emerges as the benefits build and skin reclaims a fresh, naturally healthy glow as spots, discolouration, blotchiness and redness appear significantly reduced.

Lush and lightweight, this intensely hydrating creme includes a natural complex of Lentil Fruit, Watermelon and Apple to provide deep comfort and long-lasting moisture. Repair Optimizing Technology help skin maintain its natural repair capabilites, which is depleted by daily exposure, while a potent blend of anti-oxidants and anti-irritants helps soothe and calm visible irritation by night while helping defend against environmental damage by day.

Estée Lauder Enlighten Skintone Correcting Cream

How I find it: After cleansing and toning, I would apply a liquid exfoliant (Paula’s Choice BHA or AHA) then I would apply the Enlighten Dark Spot Correcting Night Serum, then the Enlighten Skintone Correcting Cream. This slightly pinkish cream has a light floral fragrance and feels soft and light on the skin. I would say this is suitable for most skin types even for my combination/oily. It doesn’t feel heavy or oily or greasy even after my serum. I would use this at day and night follow with a sunscreen with minimum SPF30.

Overall: This cream certainly moisturises and hydrates my skin. Skintone correcting will take a while and fading my dark spots and acne scars will take even longer so it is a long and hard battle. It doesn’t break me out and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. Love the scent so much I think it also helps me with sleeping!
