Living Nature Lipstick (Bloom)

Where I got it: I was sent this for consideration. You could find Living Nature products from pharmacies and health food stores like Health2000. It retails for NZD$40.00.

What I got: This Living Nature Lipstick in Bloom is a gorgeous vintage carnation ‘hot’ pink lipstick shade – a new star in our gorgeous palette of certified natural lipsticks. Living Nature lipsticks are formulated with the highest quality, certified natural ingredients to bring luscious, healthy colour to your lips. Production is in small manufacturing runs with lipsticks hand poured and individually flamed to a perfect finish by their experienced team. All natural pigments and nourishing waxes ensure smooth application, fabulous wear and a gorgeous natural smile.

How I find it: I love applying this lipstick after a lip balm and I use a lip scrub every 3rd day or every 2nd day if my lips have stubborn dead skin cells. It feels soft and light on the lips. The pigmentation is perfect and it has a natural finish. I like to use it by itself, but you can put a gloss over it for a glossy finish.

Overall: This is the first time I have tried Living Nature makeup range and so far I really like the lipstick. It isn’t drying on the lips, the moisturising formula and the pigments don’t fall into my lip lines. Application is easy and it doesn’t streak. Love the rubbery textured bullet packaging and how the lipstick is shaped to be applied onto the lips perfectly.
