Estée Lauder Companies Pink Breakfast

last week I was invited to attend the Estée Lauder Companies Pink Breakfast at the Estée Lauder head office in Mt Wellington. The place was decorated in pink flowers, pink placemats and pink napkins. Media and a few bloggers were treated to an intimate breakfast with cereal, muffins, fruits and savory finger food.

The Estée Lauder Companies Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) campaign was founded in 1992 by the late Mrs. Evelyn Lauder with the launch of the Pink Ribbon. The BCA campaign has raise more than $52 million to support global research, education and medical services.

This year, one of their campaign is “Share Your Story”. We were shown a video clip of 4 real families sharing their emotional and touching stories with their experience with breast cancer. The video clip encourages us to Share Your Story with hash tag #BCAstrength on social media platforms.  With support, we are stronger together.

This week Estée Lauder Companies hosted this Pink Breakfast to raise awareness and funds for the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation. Each year, Estée Lauder Companies will launch limited edition products to raise funds for the NZBCF. This October, 4 brands come together: Estée Lauder, Clinique, Bobbi Brown and La Mer to raise funds for the NZBCF.

All limited or special edition products created will donate a set amount of the RRP to the NZBCF. Here are some of the special Breast Cancer products from Estée Lauder Companies:

  • Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum $180: packaged with a beautiful pink ribbon and gold key chain, this serum has been a long time favorite of mine (this will be my 3rd bottle!). 20% of the RRP will be donated.
