How I find it: BB cream is designed to be used as a moisturiser (like a tinted moisturiser, but with more coverage and added skincare benefits) so after cleansing and toning, I would use about a pea size of this BB cream all over my face. I would either put on a second layer on where I have worse acne scarring or I would use a concealor. The shade looks quite dark on my skin when it is squeezed out from the tube, but once it is blended and spread out, the coverage is quite sheer that you cannot notice it and it does not affect your skin’s natural shade. The finish is natural so if you want extra oil control or matte-look, powder over with your favourite mattifying powder.
Overall: The scent of this BB cream is the same as the Pure Effect cleansers in the same range (review here and here) which I really like. The coverage is quite sheer and not the type that is buildable. I would say that this is more of a tinted moisturiser. It feels nice on the skin and it is not sticky. It gives a good natural finish just like putting on moisturiser. If you have pretty good skin or is looking for minimal coverage for everyday wear, this BB cream is great for you. However, if you are looking for something with more coverage, I would not go for this one.
