Nivea Pure Effect Thermo Daily Warming Cleanser

Where I got it: I was sent this for review, but you can find this in your local supermarket and leading pharmacies for RRP $.

What I got: This is a 100g Pure Effect Thermo Daily Warming Cleanser by Nivea. Especially formulated for oily/impure skin. This cleanser fights impurities without over-drying to give you visibly purer skin. It self-heats when it is in contact with water to help open up pores, its antibacterial cleansing formula is enriched with Magnolia extract, reaches deep into the pores and helps to prevent the formation of new impurities.

How I find it: After taking my makeup off, I splash my face with warm water, then dry off my hands. I squeeze about 2cm of this cleanser onto my dry fingertips and massage onto my wet face. The cleanser warms up quickly when in contact with face, thus warming up my skin and opens up my pores. I massage the cleanser for about 20-30 seconds (does not foam up) and then rinse off.

Overall: I love how the cleanser warms up, it feels like my face went through with a bit of a sauna. Warming up the face helps with circulation, and increased blood flow will bring glow to your skin and help flush away toxins. After washing off, my skin feels cleaner and clearer even though the cleanser does not foam up.
